In 1961, Thompson's Auto Parts opened the doors to its first location on US Highway 41. Operating as a small, family owned business, Thompson's prides itself on providing customers with low-priced, high-quality parts with a friendly smile and helpful and knowledgeable employees. These strong business practices have all been passed down to the next generation of employees that operate Thompson's today.
In February of 1998, Thompson's Auto Parts decided to expand it's venture by opening a second location in Riverview, Florida to meet the needs of eastern Hillsborough county customers. Offering the same quality parts, customer service, and professional shop work, T-2, as it is affectionately known, is simply an extension of the family values and business ethics that has been servicing the Ruskin area since 1961.
Thompson's is a full service store serving both mechanics and DIY'ers (do-it-yourselfers). We offer a full machine shop for almost any type of shop work that a customer may need done. Our friendly staff can answer any questions or offer any advice our customers may need.
